third party mod site not opening?=error

Good day everyone

I am trying to clean up some errors and need to know if the browse 3rd party mods server opens up in the admin section. Everytime I try it I get none available and an error.

I may be back with the specific error if the server opens for everyone else.

This happens in every theme I have..

admin>packages>download packages>simple machines third party mod site>browse    does it open the site for you?
