Problem with the download manager

hello there,
I have a problem with my download manager.
1. When i download a file in download section, the file appear like do not exist.Yes i can download it but i only receive 0byte of file.I also test to other file but same thing happen.Take look at

2.When i click FTP tab at download manager admin. I get this msg.


Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

can anyone solve this..

 Please have a login account for us so we can look at your site. Really do not want to register with every site out there. We would spend all day registering with sites and get no support done.

The second problem now solved... :up:
But the first remains same.When i download file, i receive 0byte file.
The problem still remain mysterious...

when i upload i attach some picture.But the picture dont shown

You MUST have permission issues to your files.

Through FTP now.
Check and change the permission to those folders, tp-downloads, packages, attachments, Avatars, Smileys and personalimg.

Also the files INSIDE those folders, change to eather 755 or 777 depending on your hosts settings.

I never realize that if i chmod this it would be settle.
