hi, i want to add images to the article titles, as far as im aware there are no options to do this, only enter text.

anybody got any ideas how to acheive this?

You should explore your editor more. There's an option to upload and link images in the editors.

i think you misunderstand where i mean. i want it to appear in the article header (as shown in the attached diagram)

iv spent a fair while going through the settings/options for the articles.

thanks again.

One way is to simply put the image tag in the title box (html article)  like:
<img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/Themes/default/images/post/nameof.gif"> Your Article Title
It works just fine except that it shows up in the link tree-which can result in a bit-of-a messy appearance.

acutally, i never noticed but it shows the code on the internet browser title bar, this does look a little messy, surely there must be another way?

It should not even display images in the title..what version of TP are you using?

As for icons next to titles this way, that could be an option to add. It will then only add it in the article of course, not on the linktree or browser bar.

im using version v0.9.7 and smf version 1.1.2
