TP modules?

I have not been able to find a list of any TP modules that work with TP. Are there such things?

I've had a SMF forum up for about seven months, and have been wanting to integrate it into some sort of portal or CMS. After trying to unsuccessfully bridge my forum to Joomla (and being intimidated by learning Joomla), I found out about TP.

My site/forum is primarily oriented toward being a local community discussion forum. However, I want to expand it's presence and usefulness by having the forum/site have other information available: announcements, blog, articles. It seems like TP can address those needs, based on some sample sites I've seen. I particularly like the content and options built into this site: http://www.westernslopeanglers.com/index.php

However, I am not sure how articles and a blog are integrated -- modules, or more manual modifications. I'm not sure how much -- and how easily -- TP can let me do some of these things.

Any links or explanation will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

yes Tinyportal has a articles, download and more. It currently does not have a blog system, but there is someone that is making one but it won't be released until TP version 1.0 is released. if you have anymore question please ask.

Thanks for the info.

Are the modules built in, or are they dl'd and installed separately?

Porky

Not sure if Bloc is going to be part of the portal once he gets to that stage.

IchBin

Bloc will be making a module interface for other modules to be installed AFAIK.

There is some built in modules in TP but when i activate them i get the message "Not implemented" can any one help me? would like to use the galleri

JPDeni

"Not implemented" means that they are not yet implemented. They don't exist yet. What you see are placeholders for where they will be when they are implemented.
