File to modify to add text above TP shoutbox

I would like to know which file I modify so I can add text like right under the title that you can choose to appear or not?
Let me know where to add the text...

Well you couldn't add it above the shoutbox literally, but you can add it in the top of the shoutbox. Search in the TPortalBlocks.template.php for shoutbox and you'll find the code for that.

I think even I can answer this one. Let's see if I'm quick enough to be first.

At the bottom of the topic that that the poll is in there will be a button to "remove poll" and all you have to do is click it.
