Stop tables stretching

hi again, i want to stop the frontpage tables stretching i.e when i change the resolution. ideally i would to keep to a standard with, so no matter what res the users is using, it the portal will always look the same size.

iv searched through the admin options but cant figure it out.

Look in Admin > TinyPortal - General Settings you will find 'Set fixed width'   ( in pixels - Use 0 for 100% width )
