Hi guys,
I installed TinyPortal and when I hit the Forum button it do not highlight.
The home button is still highlighted.

I might have messed up but here is the button code in index.template.php (default.theme).

// Show the [home] button.
echo ($current_action=='home' || $context['browser']['is_ie4']) ? '<td class="maintab_active_' . $first . '">&nbsp;</td>' : '' , '
<td valign="top" class="maintab_' , $current_action == 'home' ? 'active_back' : 'back' , '">
<a href="', $scripturl, '">' , $txt[103] , '</a>
</td>' , $current_action == 'home' ? '<td class="maintab_active_' . $last . '">&nbsp;</td>' : '';

if($settings['TPortal_front_type']!='boardindex')
// Show the [forum] button.
echo ($current_action=='forum' || $context['browser']['is_ie4']) ? '<td class="maintab_active_' . $first . '">&nbsp;</td>' : '' , '
<td valign="top" class="maintab_' , $current_action=='forum' ? 'active_back' : 'back' , '">
<a href="', $scripturl, '?action=forum">'.$txt['tp-forum'].'</a>
</td>' , $current_action=='forum' ? '<td class="maintab_active_last">&nbsp;</td>' : '';

My second issue..
I remember I found it somewehere, I hope it is TP related:
How can I disable article titles showing up as page-title?

G6Cad

It should work just fine

Have you checked so the 'forum', are added to the array aswell ?

I cannot help you with the first issue but the second issue I can do. :)
When editing each article you can scroll up to the top and you will see something looking like this:

Editor | Options

Click on options for the article title settings and other settings (where you wanna go right now)

Click on editor to return back to the main editing screen ;)

Go to Manage Articles, then you click on an article you have created or add a new one. Edit the possible information you wanna add or change, click save.

Scroll up at the top of the [Edit Article] view (where you can edit the article) and you will see links at the top that look like
Editor | Options

To edit all the options for each article you have to edit the options for each article so click the options side. To edit the article again go to Editor. The options will not affect every article unless you have made the options on every article the same ;)

If this doesn't help you, tell us what version of Tinyportal you are using :D Thanks

I might be confused.
Noiw:
The article effetcts this <title>Title of the article</title>
I dont want the title of the article become the whole pages title-

Take a look at this:
http://airliners-atc.com/index.php
The title of the page is Welcome = title of the article.
I do noyt want it. I want the title of the article to NOT effect title of the entire site.

Allright, got it...set as featured turned that off.
Problem solved. :)

That was something that was planned for a certain version to be improved but u found away around it :coolsmiley:
