couple of questions about the download manager

just a couple of enquiries about the download manager:

1. is it possible to restrict uploads on a category by category basis? ie. users can upload to section 1 but not section 2 etc.
from searching TPs settings (and this forum) i'm guessing it's not possible but i thought i'd ask!

2. is it possible to integrate the download section into the search engine so that it would be possible to use the search to find uploaded files?

The only permissions for the Download Manager are by membergroup.

There are plans to improve the search function of TP to include articles but I don't know about downloads.

ok thanks for your reply. it's not a major issue, just something I thought I'd enquire about in case those features were there but I'd missed them!
