Messed up labels?

In pm's you can move a pm to a different label (like folders) but when I click on the drop-down menu to see the different labels I have two labels. Inbox and Old. I see this:

Label Selected:
----------------
Add Label:
  Old
Remove Label:
  Old
  Inbox

There should be a Remove Label for OLD becuase the message was only in the inbox. I belive it is caused by TP, I didnt have the problem before, and it shows up on all of the different themes.

TP doesn't touch the label or PM system at all..so it should not be affected.

PM labels doesn't work quite like folders though, they are more "tags" to a PM. Delete a PM from inbox, and it will disappear from all labels(or rather all labels will disappear from it).

What version of SMF/TP are you using? and what themes?

I noticed your running a halo site, lol. I was gonna try and alter the same theme to match Halo.
