User selectable layout (forums)

I have found that everyone has a different preference for how the forums are viewed.

To clarify, in the admin of TP, you can set the display of the left and right blocks to show or not when viewing the forum.

Some, like me, like to show the left blocks that have useful info. Others prefer to have the forums take the whole page (left/right blocks not shown), which is how we have it set now.

My suggestion, add an option where the user can select a display style for the blocks in the forum if the admin allows, it could be added to the profile layout section.

Not sure how difficult or a pain this would be, but though I would throw it out there.

On a side note, great job Bloc, loving TP.
