Someone will need to translate them if you want arabic files. I don't recall that Arabic was ever available before.

Well, you've asked in a topic which is requesting a language.. If it's not in the language downloads it has not been translated yet.
I don't see any attachments in this thread.

To change languages, you need to go to:

Admin > Configuration/Sever Settings > Default Forum Language


To install a new language, you need to unzip the language file, and upload to your server to this location:

/Themes/default/languages/
