Is the 'quick reply' block an add-on somewhere or a part of Tiny Portal?

It comes by default in smf. Users can just enable by going to the "look and layout preferences" in their profile.

You can also tell each theme to have it out by default. You need to go into admin/theme settings and tell it to display by default if thats what you want.

Well it used to be in there. lol I would just do what winrules stated.

You can still do it in your profile, but you usd to go to theme settings and make it appear by default for all users. Now I can't find it.

To reset options - thats what its called in RC1 - go to "themes and settings" and then "reset options". Just tick/change the options for guests and maybe reset the options for members too.

A bit harder to find but more powerful now.
