Dont know wether this is coincidence or not but after watching that my Firefox is playing up!!  the frames on some sites are jumping like crazy.  Any ideas?

lol the page on some sites are jumping up and down.  Like it scrolling then changes it's mind 

It only happens with FF IE is ok - should I unistall then re-install?

i'd at least try uninstalling and stuff, it can't hurt

uninstalled and re-installed and it was still the same.  Howver I carried out a system restore to the day before and all is ok
