Allowing guests to see blocks

Hi have searched high and low and have tied to configure options so that guests are able to see the blocks instead of just the forum posts that are chosen in the frontpage settings panel. Can anyone direct me to the right place to change the settings so that guest can see all the blocks that I have setup.

Which themes, and what versions are you running for SMF?  And are you using TinyPortal?

Are you using a TP Theme? You need one
If so TPAdmin > Edit Blocks > then on the right hand side of the centre you will have a delete/edit for each block

Choose edit fro each block you want guests to see and grant access to user groups you want to see it

Guys,
I know it must the Crown Royal,    but I just installed a new site for a friend, using SMF 1.1 RC1., and the latest version of TP. I installed a few of the themes from here for him. But for the life of me I can not get any of them to show the blocks.

I have black 22 set as the theme now.. Grizzly's Place and no blocks.. If I go back to the default theme.. blocks....

Any help for the hung over would be greatly appreciated...

Are you sure it is black 22 for TP? There seems to be only Black 22 for SMF only (which wont show blocks).
You MUST get your TP Themes from here

Thanks, did not read enough to avoid the problem. I got them from the wrong list... I feel better now, well, kinda..
