Q: What does snap preview let you do or let your website do? A: It shows a snap preview of every website link you have except for your website (so it won't show a preview of all your pages on your site :2funny:)

To use Snap Preview you need to get personalized code from them by going Here

Setting up is easy because it is like 123 :coolsmiley:
---
2 ways of doing this:

1. Create a new block on your left or right blocks. Select scriptblock. Insert the code they provided you at snap.com when you signed up.
--or--
2. Open an existing scriptblock on your left or right blocks. Below or above the existing code, insert the code they provided you at snap.com when you signed up.

I personally would recommend using #2 because if you use #1 it will show an empty space since the code there giving is javascript.

You can see DEMOS at 2 places
I hope this becomes useful to some people and please give me your comments.

Good idea Brian.  I have been using it for sometime now myself..   Great little piece of code.

#2
Now that is cool.  I have to try this out

Edit - I just put the code underneath an existing script code and it works!  It is freaking cool.  It doesn't recognize some links or pic right away, but the second time or so you put your mouse over the same image, it should find it.  Wow!

Yeah it is pretty cool! :coolsmiley:
to be honest I found it at RebelRoses website and then I wanted it for mine. After that I wanted to see if anyone else would like to try it :D

Hey Guys,

I noticed that if the code is in the right side blocks and the right side block is not active on a given page, the pop up will not work.  I had to add it to the left side also.  I have not tried putting it in the center or front block.  That may solve it not working when blocks are not active on a given page.  Also, I put the code in a script block and unchecked the permissions and made the block active.  I can see it as admin., but no one else can.

Actually I put it stated as left or right block but ment to state that it had to be on a block that existed throughout the forum.
I said left or right block because some people have there left blocks showing throughout the forum and others have the right throughout. This post is a key tip :o
* Brianjw hits himself against his keyboard for not stating this sooner
