Download Permissions ??

Hi
I wanted to ask if we can have permissions for downloads.
I mean persons with 0 posts can download 10 things
then those with 15 can download some more.
& so on ??

Or
the newbie gets 10 downloads
the advanced member get more & so on

Please let m know if its possible & if possible , how to do it.

You can set the permission on your downloads as to what group can see and/or download them. check the permissions when you upload something or if you have something already uploaded go and look at the permissions.

Thank you for your reply.But I think ishan did something with the download limit related to user post count.

It may be that the user groups were changed and then you can set which group can access the downloads.

I made new membergroups ( not-based on post count) & now i allow particular membergroups to access particular downloads. If you visit my website as a guest, you wont see any downloads, if you register you see all the free downloads & when you reach the post count mentioned, i upgrade you to let you download the "Silver" & "Gold" Member downloads
