This is gonna sound crazy, so don't flame me, but I think "Tinyportal" just doesn't cut it. There's nothing tiny about it anymore. It has a buttload of features now, with lots more to come.

I think you should talk with the SMF guru and consider renaming it "SMFportal", since it is tailored for SMF only. Your already part of the SMF guru right?

It is still only a mod driven by the SMF 'engine'. Own child board yes, but calling it SMF portal, I think not.

It is and I would imagine will stay as Tiny Portal, I hope so, it is Bloc's work.

There has been talk in SMF about an SMF CMS, which is closer to MK, which I've tried and didn't like.  I'm with Bloc and TP. In the future I'm sure that I will be able to say with pride "I was a part of that".

Meh SMFPortal sounds very I dunno... commercial. I like tiny portal. And it initials make me laugh. TP.

I am sticking with the name for now...but you have a point, its not so "tiny" anymore - as in simple that is . But I think it also suit the name, for the fact that its only for SMF. Other portals I have seen seem to be for several bulletin boards, giving it a stand-alone direction. TP should always be the extension of SMF - not the other way around.
