How to change the order of items in shoutbox?

[mebymyself]

Hi,

I want to change the order of items in shoutbox so it reads the oldest messages first and the most recent last.
can somebody help with it?

same here, its kinda odd to read what the last guy said, and then the guy before him and so on and so on.

Also scrolling buttong would be cool also. Like this one http://eliteorder.info/homepage/

sorry to mention that the post you linked at aint solving the problem.

Is there anyone that can point me to the piece of code that makes the actual scrolling?

(whats mentioned in the other post is to change the SQL code that selects the shouts so it wont order DESC, but in action that just pics the oldest 8 messages. In the correct order though, but it will stick to the first 8 shouts ever made.)
