Hey everyone,

I was looking at the admin section of my tiny portal website! Anyways I saw two different options in block manager called center page and frontpage! Now what exactly is the difference between both of them? They both seem to be empty and I am guessing they are the same!

Frontpage = The first page you come to when you enter a site.

Centerpage = The content between the side bar/s and under the header

So is it possible to create different pages in tinyportal that can have different things inside the center page or you can not create pages at all?

G6Cad

You can create pages (articles we call them) and put in about any content you want and show eather on a single frontpage ( just like TPs frontpage here on this site if you click on the home)
Or ålaced between the sidebar/s in your own liking.
The articles can handle about all formats (PHP, HTML, SCRIPT BB ) so in a way you can make what ever you want and place it where you like it to be.

I see, now say I wanted to give links to the different categories I made. So that people could choose what category they wanted to read, would it be possible to link them all in the a block? for example, I have like a PC category, Hardware, software. could I have links to those categories so people choose which news to read instead of posting all news in the frontpage only?

In your menu manager you can add each category as a link to your menu.
