download permissions query

[deadman dj]

just a quick question. is it possible to grant permissions to members to manage a single category (or sub-category) within the download manager? i can see the "manage downloads" permission but i assume this entitles users to manage the entire download system.

At this point no.
There is a way if you create an other membergroup and place that member/rs in to that group and only allowe that group to see the category
