Could you post the whole screen of it? it seems to be just a "failure", but it might be something else too.

this is strange. It seems the actual file is corrupt.

Could you simply ftp up the TP mod package to the "packages" folder of yours - overwriting the one there? Not using admin section of SMF?

I suspect something went wrong with that bit.

It could be a error in the SMF source files...have you tried updating the forum again? So you are sure you have the latest and working SMF files?

It looks like permissions are the culprit here..have you tried manual install instead?
