Can there be a Snippet made for Whois Where?

[kran1um]

I see on other sites That some of them have in a block and can see what people are doing and in what forum they are in, kinda like Who's Online. I was wondering if there is a code for that particular thing, to have them (the people in the forums) on the front page and shows what they are doing. Is that possible with SMF?

It's already in TP. It's called the "onlinebox." It lists the people online and, if you click the title, gives a full readout of what everyone is doing. You wouldn't want the full readout all the time because it takes up too much room.

Well I wanted it in a small block like they are online and where they are at instead of clicking another page.

There's just not room in a small block for that information all on one line. You could do it in a center block, I guess.

You say you've seen this on other sites. Could you supply a link to one of those sites where I could see it?

Perhaps it'd be possible to put the "where" information in a tooltip for each user?
