Not implemented means they are not builded in yet, so thers nothing to access, they are just there for future releases.
So we cant give you help on how to activate them right now  :D

Is there any way to make the gallery a link to the gallery that is on the SMF.  ie  I use the SMF core and the button for gallery is there.  When I use the TP Enterprise the gallery button is not there.  I can find no way to make it a Mod Link.  Am I looking in the wrong place?

All mods only add the buttons to the default theme so you have to add one your self, if you look in the Enterprise theme board you will find the code on how to add your button :)

Actually, there are ways around these tp modules not being implemented.
Go to http://simplemachines.org/mods (search for: Gallery) Make sure it is compatible with your version of smf.

As for the TeamPage. Create a PHP Article and add the following code to it:
I have a whole topic on this on my site here (GUESTS ALLOWED or Username: test Password: test) DEMO of this (UNGROUPED VERSION)

Brianjw :) (hope this helps ;))
