Members can submit Articles

How do you let members submit their own articles? I've been wanting to know how to do this for a while? Thanks in advance

How to give them permission to do so ? Go to Article Manager-> Submissions-> and choose ungrouped members. Is this what you wanted ?

So how do the members submit articles? 

I have the permission set for ungrouped members, but then logging on as a regular member I can find no way to submit an article.  If I go into profile and click on articles under portal functions, I see  where you can view articles submitted but no where to add an article.

Maybe someone still can tell how the members do to create an article? I have set members to be able to submit articles, still when I'm logged in as a regular member I cant find the option to submit an article.
