TP 0.9.7 SMF 1.1 Help!

I don't know if I'm posting this in the correct section or not.  But I keep getting the following error:

i also keep getting that error in my logs too, anyone able to solve this?

and im also getting this error in the log when going to TinyPortal>>Settings

And from what theme are you getting this error?

From the first posts site, it looks like they are using the wrong theme for the version of SMF and TP (only SMF theme there and not Tp enabled)

So what theme are you using and do you get the same error from the Default SMF Core theme ?

im using crips tp version of dilber mc, but yes both errors still occur in the default theme
