Upshrink/Downshrink

Now that i've updated 1.1 final, and tp 0.97...  for some reason, i only had one upshrink/downshrink button before, and now have 2 where the old one was.. and they both do the same thing, collapse the right side blocks... i only have blocks on the right side, anybody know why this happened?

Small duplication in your [index.template.php] -- just edit 1 of them out.
