Missing Blocks?

One of my members notified me that since the upgrade to 1.1 and 0.9.7, he can no longer see left or right sided blocks.

I checked his permissions, and his membergroup has permissions to see the blocks, etc.

He can see the forums, header, footer, etc but no blocks.

Any suggestions?  I did a search and couldn't find any other people with this problem.

Can you see the blocks? how about a link and a test user name and password so we can see the problem ?

Also which theme are you using?

Everyone else (that I'm aware of), can see the blocks including myself.

The theme I am using is CityScape (was using default prior to this, this is my first time using a different theme)

That is odd indeed, I see the blocks as well, nice picture in the gallery block.

Couldent it be that your user have to click the shrinks for the left and right bar for them to show ?
Ask him/her to try the click the shrink buttons and see what happends

That gallery block code is the greatest thing for my members, they love posting screenshots

And about the shrinks, where exactly would those be?  Most of my blocks have the collapsable option disable.

In this theme you have them in the upper right corner, the small squares, other themes usually have them beside the top link bar

There are 4 small squares, of different colors, that only change the top header color.

I'm not seeing any other squares.

I don't see the shrink icons on your site either.  I tried to register on the site, but got the following error each time:
