I know..I'm a little late catching on, but I have to say this mod is absolutely fantastic! It's just what the doctor ordered to breathe life back into my forum. Great work! www.evolvedones.com

php defintily has issues it wont work with stuff other than maybe echo's

dont dare add a html block in like so ?> ...html and close out the text area like this <?

you'll get an the code block for the whole page in your edit area without the buttons try and see ;) you have to delete the block in the left center right section.

The rss feed just flat out spazed on me. Didnt even give me the chance to add a rss feed line to it just shut it all down and kicked back load.php errors and sql errors left and right, had to overwrite my  whole indextemplate with an old copy to break out of the error.

one thing i can see is allowing for more than one board from the forum's posts to be displayed on the frontpage block also I would love some reviews on our setup.

The Family Forum

Also is anyone else having issues with the article editor and allowing for replies to them?

The html/java block also works but not as well as id hoped, note the marque jumps, i smoothed it the best i could with breaks and stuff but oh well.

all and all a fabulous additon Bloc well done

How did you install it there..just pointing to the whole TP zip file? or just used some parts of it?..

kajitsu

I've downloaded the "Tinyportal0_75.zip" to my hdd, then uploaded thru the package manager, then "apply mod" and then comes the error message.

Try manual install

it works with 0.75 files  too.

Thanks, I've tried it, but when it came to run the forum it says following:

QuoteTemplate Parse Error!
There was a problem loading the /Themes/default/index.template.php template or language file. Please check the syntax and try again - remember, single quotes (') often have to be escaped with a slash (\). To see more specific error information from PHP, try accessing the file directly.

You may want to try to refresh this page or use the default theme.

Looking further into it, it says "parse error, unexpected $" on line 543... but I have no idea what I did wrong  :'( I just followed the instructions.

Here's the index.template.php

I didnt see where but your missing a closing bracket somewhere } as the $ indicates its looking for it.
