Bummer, didn't seem to work to well with me. My front page won't display the center blocks with Mercury theme.

I've followed the instructions, and tp run the insallation succesfully, I can even see the options in the admin area, but the problem is that all TP's bloks don't appear in the homepage. So it is like TP is not installed 
I have a question? Maybe do I need to cancel all the files of the previous versions that are shown in the packages area? But if I do so, will I loose all my TP blocks with the result that I'll have to recreate them all next time I will install TP ?

If you have upgraded your forum, you need to reinstall TP again
