Installing new themes fails.

All of Bloc's themes will install via the package manager. YOu just browse for the compressed file and click install. You don't need to extract any of the files if thats what you did.  It should upload all the files and install the theme automatically.

ya I just installed it with the compressed file and still have missing left boxes and menu items on the top right corner.

I don't even have that admin only box in the top center that is set up by default.

Am I installing the right files?  Is there a TP version and SMF only verison?

I just tried oxygen and an I have no left blocks, only center blocks but the "admin" block is not there and again I have no forum buttons or tpadmin buttons

tough part about this is how to duplicate the error so that everyone can experience it?

Yes there are TP versions and SMF versions. All of the TP versions are located here.

well that was rather easy to solve..  I guess it's all about asking the right questions!

I think part of the confusion is that the regular SMF theme of Neptune looks like the TinyPortal one ..its got a "leftbar" there too. But its not the same, in TP you can change and add center and right sides too, but in "normal" Neptune, its just the user/stats boxes there on the left. Static content.

Reason for it being like this was that Neptune started out as a TP-only theme, and got modified to a "normal" theme afterwards, since so many wanted it.
