Multiligual with two instances

I want to use two instances of SMF and two instances or TP. I will use two languages French and English

I want the user to be redirected to the english instances of SMF-TP when he selects the english language and to the french instances when he select the french language. Is this possible?  I imagine that it's not problematic.
