Neptune Theme

Hello,

I have installed Neptun theme and want to chanage some things in CSS and the logo.

I have loaded an image for you to see what i mean.

What I want is like this forum with an all black bacground so I need to get rid of the left side greyish colour, also the grey band down the right which only goes so far down the page then black bacground comes into view. this seems to be at the back of the main template.

I want also to change the logo so what are the dimensions please?

Sorry but you don't allow an image.

To change the background, look in style.css for the body tag, a background-image is defined there. if you remove that line and change the background-color item you will get a single-color background.

The logo..if you look in the theme zip-file, there is a Photshop image file there , which you can change. It already has the right dimensions and you can just save it as "top.jpg" overwriting the current one.

Awwwwe thanks bloc,

I saw the PSD in my controlpanel at my host because I did'nt unzip but just uploaded the zip. I was'nt aware there was a PSD file, but thought there may be one.

Thanks about the CSS. your is very nice which led me to try changing it lolol I did use HELIOS but this one is so much nicer.

Do you know where I can learn to have some boxes to fill the left hand side?

Don't quite understand your question dreamy. Neptune, I believe comes with boxes on the left. Are you talking about adding more?

Hya,
I have a long space after search so I have 'hey sarah' then 'search box' then stat box.

After that as you scroll right to the bottom there is nothing.

Later I maybe able to put in a shoutbox but not sure how to add one yet but thats much later.

I want link box etc. also new button rather than text for 'home' etc.
