Moved your post to an appropriate place.  Please read posting rules and other information on the site prior to posting.

For your issue, post Version numbers (not latest).  You should post the version of SMF and TP that you have, what theme you are using, a link to your site for reference, and anything else that might be useful depending on the issue.

In your admin>Tinyportal Settings, what have you got for the following:

Set fixed width ( in pixels - Use 0 for 100% width )
Use left panel:  On  Off  width in pixels
Hide left panel when in forum?  Yes  No
Use right panel:  On  Off  width in pixels
Hide right panel when in forum?  Yes  No
Use center panel:  On  Off
Hide center panel when in forum?  Yes  No

also, what theme are you using (dilbermc I am guessing), and does it still have problems in default?

Check on a few things:

1- Check to see if you are using TP enabled themes or not? TP enabled themes can be found here for rc2+95/96 - if you are using the correct theme version and sure of it then try out #2

2- Switch to default theme and see if the blocks appear properly or not
- If they do then that means there is a problem with the theme you have installed - a table tag missing somewhere. If this dosent fix it then try #3

3- Install a new theme and switch to it and see if that fixes it on that theme. If it does then it would again mean a problem with the theme (this is a backup test in case a mod ur using messed up the theme files)

If none of those help and the problem exists please report it back here along with a link to ur webpage
