I love TP and think Bloc is doing a great job.
I find myself asking though why someone would be stupid enough to put up a Download button labeled 0.9.7
Imho, the button doesn't have anything to do there at all, there is no 0.9.7 for download, all it does until sometime in the unknown future when 0.9.7 is out is confuse and annoy people. They actually have to go to the forums and search just to find out why the download button doesn't work.

You get to choose and push only 1 to get TP 0.97

Perhaps you should make a public explanation and apology or find some other place to display your character.

You could have just said " I find myself wondering why there is no 'coming soon'...", but you chose to insult someone it seems

And btw, from someone who just got here and read this thread, what you said does sound like an attack..

I totally agree, just reading that it is an insult to Bloc.

Why would one not come to the forum and read anyway. There may be things that need to be explained in order for the download to work properly. One does not just install something then come and say "oh by the way, how do I do this, or hey the download did work right when I installed it".

No one comes and reads to be sure that the product is working correctly and that no special install instructions are need.

Bloc works hard to insure that his Tiny Portal is as bug free as possible and works as it should to enhance ones site.

I guess your only allowed to comment on TP or the site if you have good things to say.

I'm not about to just crawl away just because some people manage to see this as an attack against what Bloc does instead of what it is.

No unspoken rules here. Bloc and his staff are well practiced in keeping us aware of "The Rulez".
It's just, if you make a statement such as yours, why do you expect others not to respond?
Are we not just as entitled as you, to our opinion?
Please find the humor in this and join Bloc and the rest of us in a good laugh.
I'm happy to know that TP and it's new release ARE important to you!

Please, someone send me the beta. I saw that 0.9.7 was out so I proceeded to upgrade my forums, and then realized that the download wasn't active. Now I've been waiting 2 hours refreshing the main page to no avail... Would be a lifesaver to have the beta now.

the beta is not released yet only the alpha version to the tp team
