Submit an article!

I just realized that submitting an article is like the users homepage.'

my forum doesnt come with the submit an article feature. thanks...

and if it does, its not in the tools menu and it doesnt have a rich text editor. which i would be interested in getting if someone could tell me where to get it

You need to enable a user group to be allowed to submit articles.  Admin Control Panel --> Article Manager --> Submissions :: Select groups

Then the link will show up in an admin tools block (if you have set one up and enabled that group/groups to see it).
