Replace every thing with a backup. If you dont have a backup, please contact your host and ask them to help you restore your site.

What version of SMF and TP did you use when this happend?

Im not sure your site was the only site hacked on that server, So at this point i think you better off telling this on Simplemachines and go from there with their help on how to fix this, you have to report it to Simplemachines.org, and then contact your host and ask them if more sites on the server were hacked at the same time.
