Categories - how to show them only.

I am sorry if this is in the wrong board. But, I was wondering if there was a way to only show links to the categories instead of all the articles. I am wondering how to do this because I will be writing many articles and dont want a huge list of them.

You can just show the categories if you make a menu block.
