1.1rc2 = SMF 1.1rc2 as the base used on my site, and the base the SMF version of the  Themes are made.
TP V.086 and TP V.095 is the versions the themes work on. Some themes require another Boardindex.template.php file to look as they do in TP V.086, but all the themes work with the next version of TP.

TP V.095 will be the next standard setup for TinyPortal on the SMF platform.

TP V.095 isent release to you just yet, The version you can use is still TP V.086

Are you asking why i dont have Blocs themes on my site? If so, it's beacuse Bloc want all his themes to be at this site only, And the other theme makers i have permissions from to host their themes on my site.

if the title was just TP_cerberus11rc2
and each time that theme was updated, you wouldnt know what the updated files are or what for

the title in the theme is so people know they have the upto date version and know for which TP and SMF versions.
