I think Crip have converted that theme for 1.1rc2 and TP V.086
If you shoot him a PM or post in his Crip board here, im sure he will update it for you

There's not much to this theme. All there is is images and a style sheet I think. THere was an Index.template.php file but I'm using the default one.
