That is probably the cause of TP not installing correct through the package manager, i would contact the host and ask them to look things over on the server you are hosted at

That's one of the problems I am having with the TP 9.5 update, my FTP times out when the files are uploading. I don't know how to fix that at the moment.

I sorted it by not uploading directly.  Instead I queued them and that way it started where it broke off.  I'm using smart FTP btw
