Missing Admin Panel Text

:edit: Sorry, it's been a long night. Fixed my problem obviously, delete post if needed.

Hey there everyone, just installed a fresh SMF forum + TP and everything seems to be working great except for one little hitch. In my admin panel, there seems to be missing menu text. I can see and click through the TP admin panel on the left, but all of the text inside of the admin panels is not there. I can see the radio buttons and what not, nothing else though so I don't necessarily know what settings I am changing.

Just used the search and cant seem to find much, but will go through the manual install later tonight I guess. If anyone knows a specific fix, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and take care, love this system!
