Articles and Categories page not appearing

We cant help you any further, we have given you the pointers we can on this issue and one of them WILL work.
At this time, all you can do is what we already told you, start over and reinstall everything and this time, stay with the default theme until everything is working as you want it to. THEN add your custom theme and work on that until that works the way you want. This is to messy for any of us to give any more help on.
