Well I will have to say YOU ALL here at TP are GREAT and have helped me out many times.  and yes I have been told a few times to read the guidelines, and then following those directions I have gotten my problems resolved.


He worked on his problem for only 2.5 hours.  shoot I have spent days!!!!..
