Not sure if it's TP or SMF bug but when trying to get to the beta download...

Not a big deal or anything but:

Is it normal if I'm not logged in that if I click the how do I download TP link

and then click on the sticky topic on that page

that I get this error?

I only see the TP logo and white space at the top and everything is wiped out.  Shouldn't it be something like permission denied?
