Upgrade incomplete or no ?

Hello ,

I Upgrade tinyportal from 095 to 096 in admin - > packages

My portal Upgraded sucessfully but when I checked TP files source directory , they doesn't update and I have been uploaded TP files ( like TPportal.php , TPmodule.php , ... ) manaully ! why does package doesn't rewrite TP files???
I checked source directory's permission and it was 777 !
Does my portal update correctly ? how can I check it ?
