a forum that errors with tp install

    this is a forum i put up a few months ago. i just upgraded it to 1.1rc2 from rc1 and installed the arcade mod, all with no problems. i just tried to get tinyportal .8.6 installed and get this error.

8.Execute Modification  ./Themes/default/index.template.php     Test failed
9.Execute Modification    ./Themes/babylon/index.template.php    Test successful

of course the old theme was babylon, but i prefer the core default them of rc2. am i going to have to manually change code in the default index.template? if so, what are the changes. thanks.

IF the test fails then yes you need to manually change the code. If you look at the tp_modifications file you will see the changes that are needed for the default theme.

thanks ich.......i couldn't find several of the search strings in the index.template i needed to change so i better not mess with it for now on that forum. some of the search for strings were different but similiar and some i couldn't even find. maybe this was from doing an upgrade rather then a fresh install?

    i got it finally. i just uninstalled the arcade mod then tp installed with no errors, and the arcade reinstalled just fine.
