How to keep the forum button opening in a new window

Fairly sure just about everyone will know how to fix this but I for the life of me can't figure out what to do. None of the other menu buttons open up in separate windows, but every time people are clicking on the forum button its opening in a popup/tabbed window. How do I keep this from happening and instead make the forum button simply stay in the same window?
