After searching around a bit, I have discovered that this is most likely a theme problem. (Using edited Invazion. Edits are not the cause of the errors though.)
I just started from scratch on our site yesterday and logged on today with 421 pages of errors.

Error message:

8: Undefined index: rightbar
File: /home/wasteofair/malcontentguild.net/Themes/default/Admin.template.php (main_below sub template - eval?)
Line: 897

This follows suit for centbar and leftbar.
Also happens on most of the templates these elements are not displayed on.

This error here shows up as well, but not as often:

8: Undefined index: by
File: /home/wasteofair/malcontentguild.net/Themes/default/TPortal.template.php (tp_below sub template - eval?)
Line: 92

I do not use the centerbar, rightbar, or leftbar on any page but the front page, so this could be a cause. Maybe remove any reference to these on the pages the errors are happening?

Does your theme have any TP templates in them? Do you get these errors when using the default core theme?

Thanks for following our guidelines! That really, really helps.

Waste

Here's a screenshot of the theme's directory straight from my FTP:

These errors do not appear from the templates when using the default theme, no.

This error decided to show it's face right before I tested the default:

8: Undefined index: leftbar
File: /home/wasteofair/malcontentguild.net/Themes/default/languages/Settings.english.php (main_above sub template - eval?)
Line: 856

IchBin

Can you enable eval?
How to Enable/Disable eval()

This should give us a more specific filename and location in the error once you have enabled it.

Waste

Enabled that, cleared my error log, but the errors displayed have not changed.
They are all still as diplayed above.

Please note: a lot of people including myself have old blocks still in use from TP 1.0 beta4 or earlier. these blocks reference the txt$[xxx] by number .. this WILL cause TP 1.0 Beta5 to come up with lots of these errors.. what you need to do is look up the language files and put in there the actual txt$['reference_name'] they are usually quite easy to locate as the txt$[xxx] is usually referenced with something that you can associate with..

eg:
txt$[111] is now txt$['last_post']
txt$[302] is now txt$['new']
etc..

these are 2 that were effecting my recent posts article/block

thats whats causing most of these type of errors .. so rule of thumb would be to check your block/article code for any references to txt$[nimber] and change them to txt$['text']

Great info, BlueSteel! Thanks for posting that. :)
