Cannot remove scroll bars on left panel blocks

You Rock!  I have put hours into trying to figure this out and what you suggested did the trick.

@twister: I just happened to have been experimenting with the setting s for size constraints and one of my dilegent mods told me it appeared...went in to see what I had done to it and yippee that is what I removed to make it go away...  then I did it to the block that held my images and it no longer has the scroll bar either.

Otherwise I would have been in here yelling for assistance too (like I always am)...lol

How would one get a solution to something he doesent know with out getting help
