[bugtracker] Small bug with category collapsing in Invazion theme

There's a bug in BoardIndex.template.php that causes forum category collapsing to push all categories below the collapsed category below the left panel.

Steps to duplicate:

1) Make sure you're logged in and that you're not using "Show boards and categories as tabs?" in your profile.
2) Click the "forum" button and make sure you're at the top level of the forum list -- You need at least 2 forums defined to see this bug.
3) Collapse any forum category (the first one works great!) by clicking the minus sign.
